The rice grains rotate in a spiral motion on the axis of the machine. This spiral rotation is caused by two internal moving forces. The horizontal force created by the spiral screw located in the first product inlet opening, the circular force affected by the second sanded rotating surface, the bleaching occurs with a triple action by the action of these two forces. The friction against the rice grains on the sanded surface only performs the friction between the grains and the friction of the grains to the sieve sheets.

The degree of whiteness is determined by the action of the longitudinal metallic adjustable brakes. A centrifugal power takes the bran that occurs during bleaching from the chamber where it is located, and discharges it out of the sieve holes. It is cleaned by the air given in from the blower, just like in breathing. The air flow in the machine chamber allows the brass to cool by entering between the brass masses. In the fast closing electro-pneumatic door type, the fast closing piston automatically closes when the engine is overloaded.
