Rice Water Air – Paddy – Rice Processing Machines

The peeler machine is a horizontal type machine. During the peeling process, the sunflower seeds flow horizontally inside the machine. Thus, sunflower seeds enter from one end of the machine and are evacuated through the exit door at the other end. Sunflower seeds rotate in a spiral motion in the axis of the machine.

This spiral rotation is caused by two internal moving forces. The first is the horizontal force created by the spiral screw located in the product inlet opening, the second is the circular force affected by the blade rotating surface, the loosening process occurs with the action of these two forces.
